Les projets d’agriculture urbaine sont souvent perçus comme des projets fragiles et relativement de courte durée. Alors que certains projets ont disparus durant ce quart de siècle, un nombre de projets perdurent mais en passant par multiples changements. Quatre exemples de projets de nature très différentes situés à Toronto (la plus grande ville du Canada) illustrent la capacité de l’agriculture urbaine d’évoluer à travers le temps.
